I lost over 90 lbs. in four and a half months and a big part was because I had The Rocky Story Soundtrack to listen to to keep me pumped and reaching for that last inch to the finish line. Thanks Sylvester Stallone for truly transforming Rocky from simply a fictional character to a global icon for health, endurance, and compassion. Sorry to say Rocky does lose at the end, but he does not go out like a Chump, he goes out more like a true champ. When he leaves the building he knows that he gave it his all, and did his best, but he loses by points. I should know my father was on the production team.
